Dr. Bob Morrell, director of the Medical Rejuvenation Centre, graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Biochemistry program. He then continued studies in international medicine at McGill University and later became a teaching fellow in Lyon, France. Upon academy completion, Dr. Morrell began practicing medicine in Vancouver and has continued for over 25 years. In 1999, Dr. Morrell opened his cosmetic practice and over the last decade his clinic has continued to evolve, offering the latest, state of the art anti-aging and rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Morrell is a spokesperson and technical trainer for intermediate and advanced techniques of behalf of Allergan and Medicis cosmetics and is an accredited instructor in Botox®, Restylane®, Perlane®, and Juvederm® techniques. As a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Morrell is also an active national and international educator, and is currently seated on the board of directors for the Canadian Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM) advocating higher standards of care and efficacy.
Eva Mlynarczyk

Eva Mlynarczyk has 14 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetics industry, and is a leading technician in the field of aesthetics & cosmetology. As a graduate of the International College of Aesthetics, Eva holds the CIDESCO International Diploma, the highest standard of achievement in the field. Her thirst for knowledge and love of the industry has taken her from working in spas to teaching and lecturing in places such as Dominelli College of Aesthetics and Stenberg College in Vancouver. Five years into her career, Eva developed a keen interest in the newly emerging field of laser technologies, and took an intensive training course in Cosmetic Laser Technologies with the Richmark Laser Institute, a Montreal-based company.
Since becoming a part of Dr. Morrell’s team 7 years ago, Eva has continued to grow and learn with the advancements of modern skin care & laser technologies. Under the guidance of Dr. Morrell, she receives ongoing advanced training in all areas in the field of medical aesthetics, including Aurora DSR Laser and Vasculight by Lumenis for skin rejuvenation & hair removal, Fraxel Palomar, Fraxel Reliant, and Sciton for fractional skin resurfacing, Thermage for skin tightening, Microdermabrasion & Various Chemical Peels, and Physician-Directed Skin Care. Eva is also affiliated with the International Association of Cosmetologists.
On her days off, she enjoys cooking and entertaining, as well as spending quality time with her three wonderful children.
Kim Rooney
Laser and Skin Technician

Kim Rooney is originally from Montreal. She moved to Vancouver when she was 14 years old. In 1996, she graduated from North Delta Secondary and attended Dominelli College of Aesthetics the following year. She started her first aesthetics job while still in college and continued working in the industry for the next 7 years. In 2003, Kim entered the field of medical aesthetics and has been working alongside Dr. R. Morrell ever since. She is constantly striving to build her level of expertise by regularly attending educational seminars and working closely with Dr. R Morrell.
Kim’s patience, compassion and great eye for detail have helped her maintain a consistent and loyal clientele. Patients can always expect a thorough and friendly visit with Kim. Her knowledge and interest in topical cosmeceuticals have helped Dr. Morrell successfully expand his new Di Morelli product line. Through her professionalism, integrity, and appearance, Kim always gives 100%.
Monika Slavik
Laser and Skin Technician
Monika Slavik has worked in the Medical Aesthetics industry for the past 11 years and has been with the Medical Rejuvenation Centre for 9 of those years. She graduated from VCC’s School of Cosmetology, and is now a Senior Technician at MRC, and a mentor and educational trainer for new employees. In 2003, Monika attended the Physician Choice of Arizona Inc. Chemical Peel Workshop. She received her Certificate of Training from Fotofacial Elos, and completed the advanced certification course in the Elos technology Laxity Vector Therapy and Wrinkle Lite. In 2005, Monika attended the American Society of Lasers and Medicine (ASLAM), one of the most advanced training seminars offered in North America. She has completed the Obagi protocol skin health restoration system. She also received her certificate of completion for training in Fraxel SR Clarion as well as Delphi Microdermabrasion training. In 2007, she Participated in Palomar 1540 laser system training. Monika is certified to perform Thermage (face, body contouring and eyes). She has been a guest speaker at Stenburg College, speaking on a variety of IPL technologies (Aurora, Vasculight, hair removal, Ala and Blue Light).
With years of experience and training, Monika has a unique way of providing her patients with top quality service and results. Under the guidance of Dr. Morrell, she is constantly striving to perfect her skills. She is committed to enhancing her education and training in the industry’s latest technologies.
Ruby Nagra
Makeup Artist
In 2006, Ruby’s makeup career began when she graduated at the top of her class from the Blanche Macdonald Makeup Program. Immediately after graduation, she began her first makeup position at Estee Lauder, and then continued at MAC Cosmetics. Ruby’s ambicious, self-motivated personality propelled her to begin a career of her own doing freelance work for weddings, graduations, photo shoots, and special occasions. Ruby landed contract work in the United States, and spent the next three years working there. Her contract work included a Bollywood movie, music videos, album covers, magazine shoots, a clothing boutique photo shoot, fashion shows, and various other projects. Ruby performed an onscreen makeover for a PBS talk show, and then worked as a makeup artist for CoverGirl on Queen Latifah’s line for the My Black is Beautiful tour. She is an educator in makeup fundamentals and application, and threading for Organic Xperience (a natural skin care and makeup company), and has worked for this company as a makeup artist. Ruby has spent the past year and a half working at the Medical Rejuvenation Centre, doing basic and special occasion makeup application, makeup consultation and education, threading, and eyelash application. She is an expert in our line of Jane Iredale makeup and application.
