DR. ROBERT MORRELL
Dr. Robert Morrell, director of the Medical Rejuvenation Centre, graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Biochemistry program and then graduated from the faculty of medicine. He then continued his studies in internal medicine at McGill University and later became a teaching fellow in Lyon, France. Upon academy completion, Dr. Morrell began practicing medicine in Vancouver and has continued for over 25 years. In 1999, Dr. Morrell opened his cosmetic practice and over the last decade, his clinic has continued to offer the latest anti-aging and skin rejuvenating procedures.

FRANCES CHEN
Frances Chen studied Science and Medicine at the Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, graduating as a physician in 1993. Upon graduation, Frances gained experience in plastic surgery at a teaching hospital in Guangzhou, and she later specialized in cosmetic surgery in private clinics. Frances immigrated to Vancouver in 2013. She was eager to continue her studies and broaden her areas of expertise, so she enrolled in the Medical Aesthetic Program at Langara College. One of her instructors was Dr. Morrell, who quickly noticed her vast experience and passion for the medical aesthetic industry and invited Frances to become a Laser and Skin Technician at Medical Rejuvenation Centre.

DR. JOSHUA SONG

Dr. Joshua Song studied Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia and completed his fellowship in Hospital Medicine at the University of Toronto. He currently works at Surrey Memorial Hospital as a physician, clinical educator, and Executive Director of the Medical Staff Association.

He is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM) and has completed advanced training in Botox and dermal filler techniques through the Pacific Institute of Facial Aesthetics, The Filler Course, and the International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science. He also trained in advanced non-surgical face lifting under Dr. Han Jin Kwon, the founder of thread lifting in Korea.

Dr. Song recently completed a two-year Diploma in Dermatology through Cardiff University, graduating with distinction (Honours).

DR. JASPER GHUMAN
Dr. Jasper Ghuman, MD, CCFP (EM), graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 before completing the Family Medicine program at the University of Alberta as well as a fellowship in Emergency Medicine at McMaster University. Having practiced medicine for almost 15 years, he has also participated in research studies and is currently an assistant clinical professor at the UBC Faculty of Medicine. With a passion to improve health care access, efficiency and the quality of care for patients, Dr. Ghuman has also previously served on the Board of Doctors of British Columbia from 2014 to 2017.

ANGEL DRAGOMIR

Angel Dragomir is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with twelve years of experience delivering professional medical care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Langara College and a Certificate in Emergency Nursing Specialty from BCIT. Passionate about continuing education, she went on to complete a certificate in neuromodulator and filler injection through The Botox Course, a nationally recognized Canadian medical aesthetics training program founded by Dr. Andrew Dargie. For over twelve years, Angel worked for Vancouver Coastal Health in critical care, emergency medicine, and perioperative nursing, providing informed care to patients in the operating room undergoing major surgery. Much of her work experience took place in thriving, dynamic environments including Richmond Hospital and the Cambie Surgery Centre. Because of her intuitive care and precise eye for aesthetics, transitioning into the field of medical aesthetics was an obvious and natural choice for Angel. She is delighted to be working with the dynamic medical aesthetics team at Medical Rejuvenation Centre (MRC). Her goal is to help you look and feel your absolute best and she looks forward to connecting with you about your aesthetic dreams.

Vneet attended the Dominelli International College of Aesthetics and has been a part of the medical aesthetics industry for more than 17 years. Passionate about continuing education, she later went on to study at All Body Laser Training Institute, CoolSculpting University, and Cutera University. She regularly travels around to international conferences and medical aesthetics training opportunities as part of her ongoing professional development efforts. Additionally, she has a passion for skin care and has trained with some of the most recognized brands in the industry. As an educator, her approach to training is guided by patience and understanding, while also ensuring that students are equipped with the right skills and knowledge. Emphasizing positive feedback and practical training, her goal is to help students build their comfort and confidence with each laser energy device. Above all, she values excellence in client care and educational standards. Instead of applying a singular solution, she loves combining different techniques and treatments to provide the best results for each individual client. Personally, her favourite treatment is Ultherapy because it is an excellent combination of tightening and lifting.

Vikki attended the Medical Aesthetics program at Stenberg College, driven by a passion for the medical side of aesthetics. Over the past 17 years, she has honed her skills through training with various device brands, skincare lines, and attending numerous medical conferences and training sessions. Vikki is particularly passionate about performing CoolSculpting and skin re texturizing treatments to address fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and skin tone. Her favourite skincare products are Di Morelli Vitamin C and Retinol, which she believes are essential for maintaining healthy, radiant skin.

Having graduated from Royal Roads University in 2017 for International Hotel Management, Anastasia comes from a background in luxury hotels. As a hospitality industry professional that has worked within multiple luxury hotels both in Canada and abroad, she truly values her ability to provide exceptional service and personalized experiences as a Physician’s Assistant. Beginning her career as a Spa Coordinator for Willow Stream Spa, Anastasia became keen to learn more about aesthetic treatments and skin care. Joining the team at the Medical Rejuvenation Centre has allowed her to continue learning about non-invasive aesthetic treatments, while continuing to do what she does best, provide an incredible experience for all MRC clients. Her favourite treatments and products? Anastasia recommends lip fillers for an instant confidence boost and her favourite product is the Di Morelli SPF 35 Sunscreen.

Aris is a bubbly and friendly physician assistant who loves going above and beyond for her clients. She has been working in the field of medical aesthetics for 2.5 years, with previous work experience as a cosmetic medical aesthetics assistant and office receptionist. She is also multilingual, proudly fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese. In her spare time, she is a Lego fanatic and loves building classic and limited edition sets. Her favourite skin care product is the delicate Eye Cream from Di Morelli because it is ideal for sensitive skin and she never has a negative reaction to it. She also loves the SPF 35 Sunscreen from Di Morelli because it is so lightweight and it does the job right without leaving a white residue.

Krystyna completed the Licensed Practical Nurse program at Sprott Shaw College in 2011. After graduation, she worked as a nurse at False Creek Surgical Centre where she gained valuable experience in high-quality patient care for the industry. Krystyna has been a part of the team at the Medical Rejuvenation Centre for 10 years and she gracefully takes care of all the daily operations of the clinic as the General Manager. She also attends annual seminars and conferences to keep up to date with the latest injectables and lasers. Her goal is to learn new ways to improve the patient experience and to work together with the staff to offer the best technology and service in our medical aesthetics clinic. Her favourite treatment is Dr. Morrell’s mid-face lift, also known as the signature top model look.

Samantha is a personable and energetic team member with two years of clinical administrative experience and extensive managerial experience as a manager at Holt Renfrew and Nordstrom. She has six years of experience as a professional makeup artist in the film and television industry and previously worked for luxury brands such as MAC and Dior. She is a graduate of the Makeup Artistry Program at Blanche Macdonald but has always had a passion for medical aesthetics. When she is not greeting clients behind the front desk, Samantha spends her time trying out new recipes, working out and being a cat lover. Be sure to ask her about her favourite treatments, PRP microneedling and Botox, or her favourite beauty product, the hydrating booster serum from Di Morelli.
